The
people who contact us vary from independent consultants
to large consulting firms – from internal trainers
to CEO’s. The organizations they represent
vary from small firms to some of the largest corporations
in Canada,
and from all types of industries, both public and private.
They
also vary in their requests. Most want a copy of our catalogue,
some want additional information on our products or the
research papers, while others wish to place an order – the
choice is yours. Of course, if you have a quick question
simply call, email or fax us.
Orders
may be placed by mail, fax, phone, or by email. Our office
hours are from 8:00 to 5:00 pm EST. All orders are subject
to 7% GST. Customers in Ontario are subject to 8% PST.
Tax exempt organizations must provide a copy of their tax
exempt certificate.
Orders
are normally processed within two working
days after receipt. All orders are shipped Purolator (unless
otherwise requested)
and charges are based on actual shipping
costs with a minimum of $10.00. In some cases, overnight
or expedited delivery
can be provided for orders received by 1:00 pm EST.
